NOTICE TO MEMBERS

We would like to remind all members that the car park facility at the Medical Alumni Centre is available for members who come to SDA Office for official business ONLY.
 
This free car parking facility is a privilege extended to all members of sister organisations as long as the rules and regulations of the car park are being adhered to.  All members are required to sign in at the Alumni office when they park their cars at the Medical Alumni Centre.

Members must NOT leave their cars at the car park when they are NOT in the vicinity of the Medical Alumni Centre.  

A warning notice will be issued to cars with sister organisations car label displayed on the windscreen and cars without any association car label will be clamped. A release fee of S$200 will be imposed.
 
We seek your cooperation on this matter and thank you for your understanding

SDA Council 2010 - 2012

2010 & 2011 Membership Renewal

The Singapore Dental Association (SDA) is appreciative of support from members.

However, for SDA members whose membership subscription fees for 2010-2011 has been overdue, we understand that you may have overlooked this matter due to your busy schedule.

The subscription are for 2 years, inclusive of GST: -
(A) For Ordinary membership: S$ 321
(B) For Associate & Correspondent membership: S$ 214

Payment can be made by cash in person or sending a cheque to SDA @ 2 College Road Singapore 169850. Please make the cheque payable to Singapore Dental Association and write your name and DCR number at the back of the cheque.

We regret to inform that any member whose subscription remain unpaid for a period of six (6) months after a written reminder has been given at the member’s last known address. The member’s rights and privileges, as provided by the Association, shall be automatically suspended until payment of all arrears have been fully paid up.

Kindly send in the subscription renewal latest by 15 July 2010 (Thu).
